1 cup Iroquois Wheat Beer (or use any non-hoppy mild flavored summer ale)   ½ tsp. pepper
½ cup extra virgin olive oil   1 tsp. dried thyme
½ cup white vinegar   1 tsp. minced garlic
½ cup soy sauce    

Mix all ingredients well.

Pour mixture over beef or pork cubes in a Ziploc bag and let marinate for at least 1 hour before skewering and placing on grill.
