| 1 cup Iroquois Wheat Beer (or use any non-hoppy mild flavored summer ale) | ½ tsp. pepper | |
| ½ cup extra virgin olive oil | 1 tsp. dried thyme | |
| ½ cup white vinegar | 1 tsp. minced garlic | |
| ½ cup soy sauce | ||

| Mix all ingredients well. Pour mixture over beef or pork cubes in a Ziploc bag and let marinate for at least 1 hour before skewering and placing on grill. |
