Bread with Bite
     
1 ½ tsp bread yeast   1 tbsp minced dried onion
2 cups flour (for bread machines)   ½ tsp salt
½ cup grated parmesan cheese   ½ tsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp sugar   ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp oil   ¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup (room temperature) Hot-Jala-Heim Beer with Bite (chili pepper beer)   2 tbsp of chopped chilis ( jalapeno, poblano, anaheim, serrano, habanero, etc).
   

Add all ingredients to your bread machine except the beer and chopped chilis.

Start the machine and slowly add the warm beer.

When the machine beeps for the last edition of ingredients, add the chopped chilis.

This bread is great on it’s own with a little butter or use it for toasted sharp cheddar cheese sandwiches.
