Brenda's White Chili
2 tbsp olive oil   ½ tsp. white pepper
1 diced onion   ½ tsp, cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt   1 tsp. minced garlic
2 potatoes chopped into cubes   1 tsp. ground cumin
2 chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces   1 tbsp dried cilantro
1 2/3 cups chicken broth   1 15.5 oz. can white beans
1 2/3 cup Hot-Jala-Heim Beer With Bite (chili pepper beer)   1 10 ¾ oz. can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms   1 diced jalapeno (or pepper of your choice)

To a 5 qt. Dutch oven add: oil, onion, salt. Sauté over med-high heat until onion is translucent.

Add: potatoes, chicken, broth, and beer. Bring to a boil.

Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until potatoes are tender.

Serve with and ice cold beer (a red or brown ale of your choice).
