Crock-pot Beer Can Chicken
     
1 whole chicken - skin on   olive oil
1 can domestic beer (Coors, Bud, Miller, etc.)   salt, pepper, garlic powder
     

(This is an alternative recipe for Beer Can Chicken if you do not enjoy standing in ankle deep snow to grill.)

Place the entire chicken in a crock-pot.

Pour the can of beer over the chicken and season with salt, pepper and garlic.

Cover with the lid, set on low and cook for approx 8 hrs.
