Salad Dressing |

| ½ cup Horseheads IPA (or IPA of your choice) | ½ tsp. salt | |
| ¼ cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce | ¼ tsp. pepper | |
| ½ cup extra virgin olive oil | 2 tsp. minced garlic | |

Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously until mixed (beer is carbonated and will spray out from a loose lid upon shaking) Pour generously over your bowl of mixed greens. |
