Add
pork and squash cubes to crock-pot. Combine onion, beer, syrup,
soy sauce, garlic pepper flakes and cornstarch. Stir well and
add to crock-pot. Cook on low the entire time you are at work
and serve over a bed of fluffy white rice. (The squash cooks down
and becomes a part of the sauce, adding an intensity of color)
