Pumpkin Ale Bread
     
4 2/3 cup flour   2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp baking soda   1 ¼ cups brown sugar
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon   ½ cup oil
1 ½ tsp. cloves   1 (29 oz.) can pure pumpkin puree
1 ½ tsp. salt   4 eggs
½ cup golden raisins   1 cup Pumpkin Ale
1 cup walnuts    
   

In a large bowl, mix: sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin.

Add sifted flour, baking soda, spices, salt. Stir until mixed.

Add beer, raisins, and walnuts. Stir until mixed.

Pour batter into 3 loaf pans that have been greased (or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray).

Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for approx. 60 mins. If a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean, then allow to cool on cooling racks.
