Stout Bread
     
3 c. flour   ½ c. dark molasses
2 ½ t. baking soda   1 c. honey
1 t. salt   2 eggs
2 t. cinnamon   1 c. stout
½ c. olive oil  

½ c. raisins

   

Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray 2 bread pans with non-stick cooking spray.
Sift flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl mix oil, molasses, honey, eggs and stout.
Gradually beat in flour mixture until combined.
Add raisins.
Pour into bread pans and bake for 45-50 mins or til toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
Cool and dust with confections sugar.
