Sullivan's Stout Stew
     
1 cup Sullivan's Stout   1 lb sausage - crumbled or sliced
4 cups chicken broth   1 lrg onion – chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic   1 can black olives – sliced
½ tsp cumin    2 cans black beans – rinsed
2 Tbsp olive oil   1/2 cup sweet black Thai rice
   

Heat oil in pan, saute onions til tender, add sausage, cook til done

Add: broth, stout, garlic, cumin, rice - Bring to boil, cook til rice is done

Add beans and black olives

Serve in a large bowl with crusty french bread to soak up all that tasty and wonderful broth.
