Grilled or Pan Poached White Fish
1 large fish filet (cod, haddock, etc)   1 lemon (thinly sliced)
1 tsp. minced garlic   1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 12 oz. bottle Leinenkugal’s Summer Shandy
(or your favorite lemon flavored beer)
  salt & pepper

Take 1 large fish filet (cod, haddock, etc) and place on a large piece of aluminum foil (Curl up the edges of the foil to make a ‘boat’)

Drizzle fish with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, & garlic

Place 3 thin slices of lemon on top the fish

Place 'aluminum foil boat' on grill and carefully fill with a bottle of Summer Shandy or your favorite lemony beer

Loosely lay another piece of foil over the ‘boat’ and grill on low till done.

Enjoy with a tossed salad dressed with citrus vinaigrette and an ice cold pint of beer.
